What we do
Ashworth Private Holdings LLC provides business management and operations consulting: helping companies clarify responsibilities, document processes, coordinate projects and recurring work, and structure management follow-up. We do not manage investments or client funds, arrange or advise on securities, act as a family office, provide regulated financial services, or give legal, tax or accounting advice. "Private Holdings" is part of the legal company name and does not describe a financial activity.
Enquiries are not orders
The website provides information and a way to contact us. It does not sell services online, does not accept payments and does not create subscriptions. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract, does not oblige you to engage us and does not oblige us to accept an engagement.
Fees and engagements
No prices are published on this website. Any engagement is agreed in a written proposal or agreement that states, before you accept it, the scope of work, the deliverables, the fees and how they are invoiced and paid, the timing, what each party is responsible for and how the engagement can be cancelled. That written agreement governs the engagement. If it conflicts with these website terms, the agreement prevails.
Cancellation and refunds
Because nothing is sold or paid for through this website, there is nothing to cancel or refund here. Cancellation, refund and termination terms for an engagement are set in its written proposal or agreement. The Cancellation page explains this in more detail. Mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law are not affected.
