Our commitment

Ashworth Private Holdings LLC wants ashworthprivate.com to be usable by everyone, whatever device or assistive technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This statement describes our approach; it is not a certification, and the website has not been audited by an external organisation.

What we have built in

A single heading structure on every page, landmarks for navigation, main content and footer, and a "Skip to content" link.
Every function, including the menu, the language switch, the questions list and the contact form, can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
Form fields have visible labels; errors are announced to screen readers and explained in text next to the field, not by colour alone.
Text and interface colours were chosen for a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for normal text.
Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
The layout adapts from small phones to large screens and supports browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content.
Animation is limited, and it is switched off when your device asks for reduced motion. All content is visible without animation and without JavaScript.

How we checked

Before publication the website was checked with automated tools and by hand: keyboard-only navigation, layouts at widths from 320 to 1440 pixels, the open mobile menu, form error states and reduced-motion mode. We have not yet tested it with every combination of screen reader and browser.

Known limitations

We are not aware of a barrier that prevents use of the website. If you find one, please tell us.

Cómo lo hemos comprobado

Antes de publicar, la web se revisó con herramientas automáticas y a mano: navegación solo con teclado, diseños con anchos de 320 a 1440 píxeles, el menú móvil abierto, los estados de error del formulario y el modo de movimiento reducido. Aún no la hemos probado con todas las combinaciones de lector de pantalla y navegador.

Limitaciones conocidas
